The second chance how to buy the ticket is to use the phone dispatching centre. It started to work on December 22nd, 2003, too and should be used for companies or people asking for a bigger amount company and group orders.

The tickets are sold as „ticket packages“ as it was usual at the former IIHF World Championships and it contains the tickets for two games in one day.
It is not possible to buy a ticket just for one game in the preliminary, qualification groups or play off games. The only exception are the relegation games.
